  • 0.08 teaspoon Urad Dal

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and sauté green onions until they turn soft.
  • STEP 2.Add tamarind, red chili powder, salt, and jaggery. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 3.Allow the mixture to cool and then blend it into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a small pan and temper mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 5.Pour the tempering over the chutney and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Serve the Green Onion Chutney with dosas, idlis, or any South Indian breakfast dish.
