Ingredients for Green onion-cheese stuffed paratha's Recipe

  • 1 g two piece green onion
  • 1 Pieces two chilli
  • 1/2 Pieces two cubes
  • 1/2 Pieces Cheese
  • 1 Pieces piece chilli flakes
  • 1/2 packet one packet maggi masala
  • to taste salt .according to taste
  • 1 cup two cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 g Pinch of hing
  • 1/4 Tsp spoon aajwain
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required For Ganishing water

Directions: Green Onion-cheese Stuffed Paratha's Recipe

  • STEP 1.First chopped two green onion and two chilli and grate two cheese cubes,sprinkle some chilli flakes,one packet maggi masala and salt.Mix it nicely.

  • STEP 2.Then make a soft dough of two cup wheat flour,pinch of hing,half spoon aajwain,salt and some water.

  • STEP 3.Then divide the dough in six equal parts and fill the cheese-onion mixture iñ each dough and spread like s paratha's with the help of wheat flour.

  • STEP 4.Then heat the tava pan spread ghee then make all paratha's.

  • STEP 5.Spread ghee in both sides of paratha. Remember in medium _sim flame

  • STEP 6.Roast both sides of paratha in golden brown in colour

  • STEP 7.Serve hot paratha's with hot milk or with coffee 💖
