Ingredients for Green onion-cheese stuffed paratha's Recipe
1 g two piece green onion
1 Pieces two chilli
1/2 Pieces two cubes
1/2 Pieces Cheese
1 Pieces piece chilli flakes
1/2 packet one packet maggi masala
to taste salt .according to taste
1 cup two cup wheat flour
1/2 g Pinch of hing
1/4 Tsp spoon aajwain
to taste Salt
As Required For Ganishing water
Directions: Green Onion-cheese Stuffed Paratha's Recipe
STEP 1.First chopped two green onion and two chilli and grate two cheese cubes,sprinkle some chilli flakes,one packet maggi masala and salt.Mix it nicely.
STEP 2.Then make a soft dough of two cup wheat flour,pinch of hing,half spoon aajwain,salt and some water.
STEP 3.Then divide the dough in six equal parts and fill the cheese-onion mixture iñ each dough and spread like s paratha's with the help of wheat flour.
STEP 4.Then heat the tava pan spread ghee then make all paratha's.
STEP 5.Spread ghee in both sides of paratha.
Remember in medium _sim flame
STEP 6.Roast both sides of paratha in golden brown in colour
STEP 7.Serve hot paratha's with hot milk or with coffee 💖
