STEP 1.Take a mixer jar add mung, Ginger, green chilli, Spanish and water as required .
STEP 2.Grind it into fine paste, transfer into a bowl add salt, rice floor, chopped onion, cumin powder and mix well .
STEP 3.Heat a tava and spread like a dosa and put a few drops oil and let the dosa brown on both side.
STEP 4.Serve with curd.
