Ingredients for Green mung chila Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Whole Green Mung Dal soaked overnight
  • 2.50 tsp Rice flour / corn flour
  • 1/2 Pieces chopped onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilli
  • 1/4 cup Spinach
  • A Few Ginger
  • 1/2 Tbsp cumin powder( jeera powder)
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required water
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion: Finely Chopped/Sliced
  • As Required Oil

Directions: Green Mung Chila Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a mixer jar add mung, Ginger, green chilli, Spanish and water as required .
  • STEP 2.Grind it into fine paste, transfer into a bowl add salt, rice floor, chopped onion, cumin powder and mix well .
  • STEP 3.Heat a tava and spread like a dosa and put a few drops oil and let the dosa brown on both side.
  • STEP 4.Serve with curd.
