Green hummus is creamy, flavorful, and packed with fresh herbs and veggies. It's a spin my my classic hummus recipe, but adds several greens in the form of spinach, parsley, and green onion.
3.75 ounce Canned chickpeas , drained with liquid reserved
1/25 cup Chickpea liquid, or more, as needed
0.06 cup Tahini
0.03 cup Olive oil
0.13 cup Spinach, moderately packed
0.06 cup Roughly chopped parsley or other herbs
1/4 Lemons, Juiced
0.13 Green onion, roughly chopped
0.13 Clove garlic
0.13 teaspoon Cumin
0.06 teaspoon Salt
