Ingredients for Green garlic omelette Recipe

  • 1 nos Egg
  • 1.50 nos twigs green garlic chopped
  • 1/2 nos Green Chili Chopped
  • 0-1/2 nos tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 nos medium onions chopped
  • As required coriander chopped
  • As required salt to taste
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper
  • As required Oil

Directions: Green Garlic Omelette Recipe

  • STEP 1.Set the counter and turn on the flame and put the pan on the stove. Meanwhile, crack an egg and add salt and pepper.
  • STEP 2.Tak a mixing bowl ad all chopped vegetable, egg, and all spice and whisk properly.
  • STEP 3.The pan has already heated up. Pour an egg mixture.
  • STEP 4.Just to give a roll to all the sides. Check it from turned the egg is done from bottom or not.
  • STEP 5.If it easily lifted up, means it is cooked. Flip over and cook for a minute serve hot with bread and chai.
