Green Garlic Khicchu Recipe

Recipe By Parul Patel

Khichhu is made in the house of almost every Gujarati. It is fun to eat hot khichhu in winter days. It can be made from different grains. It can be made from lentils such as wheat, corn, sorghum and green gram. Khichhu is mostly consumed for dinner. It is very easy to digest. Here I have added green paste in khicchu which looks and is very tasty if consumed hot. Khichhu is made in the house of almost every Gujarati. It is fun to eat hot khichhu in winter days.
