  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
  • 3/4 tablespoon Vegetable oil any neutral oil will work
  • 1/4 Large onion diced
  • 1/4 tablespoon Garlic ginger paste homemade is always better
  • 2.50-3.75 Curry leaves fresh. if you can't get fresh just leave them out
  • 1/4 inch 3 green chilies cut lengthwise and then into s
  • 1/2 can Chick peas 19 oz
  • 0.33 cup Water or chicken stock if you aren't cooking vegetarian
  • 3/4-1.50 teaspoon Green chili pickle see note. start with 3 and creep up on the flavour you like
