  • 1/2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 0.06 cup seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 large egg
  • 1/2-3/4 cloves garlic,  minced
  • 0.06 red onion, grated
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
