Ingredients for Greek Salmon Souvlaki Gyros With Tzatziki Recipe
2 ounce plain greek yogurt I used full fat
0.06 hothouse cucumber or 1 regular cucumber peeled and seeded and diced small
1/4-0.38 cloves garlic grated
0.13 tablespoon white wine vinegar
0.13 teaspoon dried oregano
As required half a fresh lemon juiced
0.13 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
0.13 pound fresh salmon skin removed and diced into chunks
0.13 red pepper cut into chunks
3/4 tablespoon Lemon juice
0.38 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
0.13 tablespoon smoked paprika or paprika
0.13 tablespoon fresh dill
0.13 tablespoon fresh oregano
1/4 cloves garlic minced or grated
0.06 teaspoon Salt
0.13 teaspoon pepper
0.03 cup pitted kalamata olives
0.03 cup pitted green olives
0.13 clove garlic grated
0.13 pepperoncini diced
