  • 1/2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1/2 tablespoon toasted pine nuts or sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon flour a gluten free blend may be used
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.13 leave of a jalapeno seeded
  • 0.13 teaspoon cumin
  • As required Salt
  • 1 ounce havarti cheese sliced
  • 1 fresh warm pitas or naan
  • 1/4 cup Hummus
  • As required roasted red pepper micro greens, baby kale, kalamata olives, sliced red onion and sliced pepperoncini, for serving
  • 0.06 cup Tahini
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.06 cup parmesan or nutritional yeast if vegan
  • 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 leave jalapeno seeded
  • 1/4 tablespoon honey
