  • STEP 2.Add lamb offal, such as liver and heart, and cook until they are browned.
  • STEP 3.Pour in water and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • STEP 4.Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
  • STEP 5.Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the offal is tender.
  • STEP 6.Add rice, dill, and parsley to the pot and cook for another 20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
