  • 1/2 cup Fresh Grapes
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • pinch Pinch Of Cardamom Powder Or Saffron Strands
  • as required Honey Or Sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon Condensed Milk
  • as required Chopped Nuts Or Fresh Mint Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and remove the stems from the grapes. Blend the grapes in a blender until smooth.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, whisk the curd until smooth. Add the blended grapes and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small cups. Insert a popsicle stick into each mold.
  • STEP 4.Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 5.To serve, remove the molds from the freezer and dip them in warm water for a few seconds to loosen the kulfi.
