My family came to America from Germany in the late 1950's and brought with them many wonderful recipes like this one. This particular dish reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen and waiting for her delicious dinners.
1/4 pound Thin beef top round steak, cut into four pieces
As required Coarse ground prepared mustard
0.06 teaspoon Dried Thyme
As required Salt and pepper
1/4 Medium dill pickle, quartered lengthwise
3/4 stick Carrots, cut into divided
1/4 Small onion, cut into wedges
1/2 tablespoon All purpose flour
1/4 tablespoon Canola oil
1/2 cup Water
1/2 teaspoon Beef bouillon granules
3/4 tablespoon Ketchup
As required Cooked noodles
