STEP 1.✍️ First of all, heat the country's ghee in a pan and gram flour to it and cook it on low gas for 10 to 15 minutes.
STEP 2.✍️ After Roasting, we will mix by adding homemade Mawa, chopped dry fruits. Then turn off the gas
STEP 3.✍️ Since the gram flour is getting cold. From then on we will prepare the syrup. Put 2/3 cup sugar in a bowl. And by adding 1/4 cup water, prepare a string syrup.
STEP 4.✍️ Add Cardamom powder to the syrup and mix it.then add sugar syrup to the prepared gram flour and mix it.
STEP 5.✍️ Now we will take a butter paper and apply a little oil on it, put the prepared gram flour barfi dough and put the chopped dry fruits on it. And set it and keep it to cool for 1 hour.
STEP 6.✍️ After cooling, we will cut the barfi into square shape. take our Rajasthani style gram flour barfi is ready..👍👍
