  • 1 cup Chunky tomato sauce, or stewed tomtatoes
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • As required Sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 Optional:meat from a rotisserie chicken, roughly chopped
