Ingredients for Gongura Royyalu Recipe

  • bunch Sorrel leaves
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 250 gram Prawn
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As required Salt as per requirement
  • 1/2 cup Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds

Directions: Gongura Royyalu Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Boil sorrel leaves in ½ cup water for 10 mins.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Mash the boiled leaves a little.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Marinate the prawn with tsp turmeric and salt and leave it for 15 mins.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Chop green chilli and onion.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Add 2 tbsp and heat it.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Add mustard and green chilli.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Now add onions and cook for 3 mins.

step 9

  • STEP 1.Add masala-chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin seeds.

step 10

  • STEP 1.Now add marinated prawn and saute for 2 mins.

step 11

  • STEP 1.Add one cup of water, cover and cook for 2 mins.

step 12

  • STEP 1.Then add gongura leaves paste and cook for 2 mins.
