1/4 pound Boneless beef chuck roast, trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 tablespoon Canola oil
0.13 can Condensed tomato soup, undiluted
0.13 cup Water or red wine
1/4 teaspoon Beef bouillon granules
0.38 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
0.13 Bay leaf
0.06 teaspoon Coarsely ground pepper
3/4 White onions or yellow onions, quartered
1/2 inch Medium potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 slices
0.38 inch Medium carrots, cut into 1 slices
1.50 Large fresh mushrooms
0.06 cup Sliced celery
