  • STEP 1.In a large pot, add beef bones and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and let it cook for 5 minutes to remove any impurities. Drain and rinse the bones.
  • STEP 2.Return the bones to the pot and add fresh water, garlic, ginger, and onion. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 4-6 hours, skimming off any foam that rises to the surface.
