All time favourite of almost all Indians , golgappe can be made and stored for a long time,its very appropriate for festival time just cook before few days and serve whenever you want 😋😋
STEP 1.Take suji in a big plate ,add hot oil for moin mix well
STEP 2.Now with the help of lukewarm water knead a dough like that of chapati
STEP 3.Cover and rest for half an hour
STEP 4.Now make small balls and with a rolling pin make golgappe
STEP 5.Deep fry in medium hot oil till crisp
STEP 6.Take out in a plate and can store in an airtight container
STEP 7.For serving mix boiled mashed potatoes and boiled chickpeas in a bowl
Add salt and pepper powder in it
STEP 8.Take golgappe in a plate and make a hole in each golgappe to fill the potatoes mixture
STEP 9.Now spread beaten curd, chutney and tamarind saunth over them
STEP 10.Sprinkle salt ,red pepper powder and cumin powder
STEP 11.Serve immediately
