Ingredients for golgappa Recipe

  • 0.17 litre Luke Warm Water
  • 0-0.33 nos Green chillies nos
  • 0.33 tsp saunf
  • 0.17 tsp white pepper powder
  • 0-0.33 nos Garlic nos
  • 0.33 inch Ginger
  • 0-0.33 nos Cinnamon Stick nos
  • 0.33 cup boiled green peas
  • 0.17 cup boiled potato
  • 0.33 tsp Chaat masala
  • 0.08 tsp black salt
  • As required salt to taste

Directions: Golgappa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix the ingredients above cinnamon sticks.
  • STEP 2.Grind them coarsely.
  • STEP 3.Then put this mixture in muslin cloth.Properly tie it.Then put this in water and keep this for 2-3 hrs rest.
  • STEP 4.Afterwards add black salt,and lemon juice according to your test.Then add normal water to this concentrated mixture.(less water for more spicy or vice versa).
  • STEP 5.Mix the ingridents below cinnamon sticks on the flame for about 2-3 mins.Add little bit water and cook it.Your masala is ready.
  • STEP 6.Reassembling Ready made puris ,make a hole Fill with stuffing then add grated coconut,grated carrot.finely chopped onion. Fill with yummy water
