  • 0.33 cup Sooji
  • 0.08 cup maida
  • 0.17 cup Hot water
  • As Required For Ganishing Salt

Directions: Golgappa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add sooji, maida and salt in a bowl. mix well. Add water little by little. mix and make the dough. rest it for ten minutes then make small puri and fry them into golden crispy
  • STEP 2.make green pani with coriander, mint, green chilli, lemon juice , salt, cumin powderand chaat masala powder. sweet chutney made with dates, jaggery, tamarind juice. little chilli powder, ,boil, and grind add water and filter it
