step 1
STEP 1.mix all the dry dough ingredients in a bowl and the wet ones on a separate one.

STEP 1. gradually add the milk mix to the bowl and knead a firm dough.

STEP 1. keep it aside for 30-4- minutes.

STEP 1.roll the dough into a rectangular shape .
step 5
STEP 1. in a bowl take shredded panela, white cheese and fennel seed with some butter.

STEP 1. mix everything together.

STEP 1. brush some oil on the rolled dough and place the prepared filling on top
step 8
STEP 1.preheat the oven at 350 degree f.

STEP 1. bake the rolls in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

STEP 1.once done take them out from the oven and allow them to cool.

STEP 1. in a bowl mix all the syrup ingredients together and put it on top of the golfeados.
