Our family loves seafood, so I've tried many fish cake recipes. I came up with this combination and it's been a hit at our house. It's outstanding served with corn bread.

0.17 Medium Onion, Chopped
0.33 tablespoon Mayonnaise

0.17 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
0.13 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
0.33 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
