Ingredients for Gol papdi/ gud papdi Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery powder
  • 0.67 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.33 tsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 0.33 tbsp Dry fruits
  • 0.33 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.33 tbsp Desiccated coconut

Directions: Gol Papdi/ Gud Papdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat about 1 tbsp ghee in a thick bottomed pan.
  • STEP 2.Add wheat flour and keep frying for 10 to 15 minutes under low flame.
  • STEP 3.Remove from the flame,add powdered jaggery, cardamom powder, desiccated coconut and pumpkin seeds.
  • STEP 4.Mix the remaining ghee.
  • STEP 5.Spread the mixture on a greased plate and level it.
  • STEP 6.If the mixture is hard little milk can be added before spreading on the plate.
  • STEP 7.Cut into pieces of any shape.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
