STEP 1.Heat about 1 tbsp ghee in a thick bottomed pan.
STEP 2.Add wheat flour and keep frying for 10 to 15 minutes under low flame.
STEP 3.Remove from the flame,add powdered jaggery, cardamom powder, desiccated coconut and pumpkin seeds.
STEP 4.Mix the remaining ghee.
STEP 5.Spread the mixture on a greased plate and level it.
STEP 6.If the mixture is hard little milk can be added before spreading on the plate.
STEP 7.Cut into pieces of any shape.
STEP 8.Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
