Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger, and garlic.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and saut��� until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped cauliflower and cook until it becomes tender.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to taste.
  • STEP 5.Cook for a few minutes until the spices are well combined with the cauliflower.
  • STEP 6.Allow the filling to cool.
  • STEP 7.Take a pastry sheet and fold it into a triangle, sealing the edges with water.
  • STEP 8.Fill the triangle with the cauliflower filling and seal the top.
