  • 1/4 Medium sized cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup Gram flour
  • 0.13 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Carom seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red chili powder or cayenne pepper or paprika
  • 0.06 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 pinch Asafoetida powder
  • 1/4 pinch Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 pinch Baking soda optional
  • As required Water add as required to make a thick flowing batter
  • As required Oil for deep frying or shallow frying the pakoras
  • As required Rock salt or regular salt as required
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala to sprinkle from above
  • 0.13 teaspoon Lemon jucice to be sprinkled
