Ingredients for Gobi Manchurian Dry (Cauliflower Manchurian Dry) Recipe

  • 125 gram Cauliflower
  • 1/4 Litre liter water
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.13 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 0.06 cup Cornflour
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 inch pinch Black papper powder
  • As Required water as per required
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 tbsp Finely chopped ginger
  • 3/4 tbsp Finely chopped garlic
  • 0.06 cup Spring onion
  • 3/4 g no. Finely chopped green chilly
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped Green coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp Red chilly sauce
  • 1/4 Tbsp tbap tometo sauce
  • 1/4 tsp White vinegar
  • To Taste salt as per taste
  • 0.06 tsp White pepper powder
  • 0.13 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp 2 tbsp
  • 1/4 tbsp finely chopped spring onion's green part
  • As Required For Ganishing spring onion's green part

Directions: Gobi Manchurian Dry (cauliflower Manchurian Dry) Recipe

  • STEP 1.First cut the cauliflower keeping a few large flowers. Now boil water in a pan and add cauliflower and salt.
  • STEP 2.Now cover the lid and boil the cauliflower for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat of gas. Immediately drain the hot water and cool the cauliflower. Now add all purpose flour in this cauliflower and coat it.
  • STEP 3.Now let's make better for the cauliflower. In a bowl, add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder and water, mix well and make a thin slurry.
  • STEP 4.Now add cauliflower in this prepared batter and lightly coat it.
  • STEP 5.Now heat oil in a pan, add coated cauliflower and fry for first time on medium heat flame. And Remove to a plate.
  • STEP 6.Now again add the cauliflower in the same hot oil and fry golden on high flame of gas.
  • STEP 7.Now we will make gravy. For this, heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, green onion, dry onion, finely chopped capsicum and cook on high flame.
  • STEP 8.Now add finely chopped green chillies, green coriander leaves, sugar, soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, salt and white pepper powder and cook for 1 minute on high flame.
  • STEP 9.Now add water and bring to a boil. (If you want to make gravy manchurian, add a little more water) Now add corn flour and water and make a paste. Add to the mixture of this paste and cook till the sauce thickens.
  • STEP 10.Now add green part of green onion and mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  • STEP 11.Now our Gobi Manchurian Dry is ready to serve. Add the spring onion leaves to the Manchurian, garnish and serve hot.
