Ingredients for Gobi curry Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces cauliflower
  • 1/4 Pieces tomato chopped
  • 1/4 Tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tsp ginger paste
  • 1/4 Tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 Tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Pieces bay leaf
  • 1/2 g reen chillies chopped
  • To Taste salt and sugar
  • As Required As needed oil

Directions: Gobi Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil and temper cumin seeds, bay leaf and green chillies.
  • STEP 2.Add florets and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover.
  • STEP 3.As the florets get soft add ginger and saute
  • STEP 4.Add cumin powder and red chilli Powder and mix well
  • STEP 5.Add tomato and mix until it is soft.
  • STEP 6.Add water and simmer.
  • STEP 7.Mix sugar and serve.
