Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, and oil. Knead it into a smooth dough.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger, and green chili. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add cauliflower, peas, and spices. Cook until the cauliflower is tender. Let the filling cool.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin circles. Cut each circle into halves.
  • STEP 5.Take one half, fold it into a cone shape, and seal the edges with water. Fill the cone with the cauliflower filling.
