  • As required One raw mango de skinned and cubed or sliced
  • 0-1/2 nos se prawns de shelled and de veined
  • As required half coconu grated
  • As required one tsp blakc pepper
  • 0-0.44 tsp haldi red dry chilles roasted
  • As required half tsp dhania seeds roasted
  • As required small tamarind extracct
  • As required salt to taste oil to fry. one onnion finely chopped

  • STEP 1.In a mixer bowl put in coconut, chilles, haldi, tamarind extract, pepper corns and little water. Make paste of this. heat oil in kadhai. When hot add prawns and cook till they go pink. Add the onion and cook till they are translucent. Add the mixer paste and cook till oil comes to side. Add 2 cups water or make it thin as per ur liking Add raw amngo pieces and salt. Cook till curry gets one boil Switch off the flame.,
