Goan Pomfret Curry Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Goan Pomfret Curry is a traditional Goan dish made with fresh pomfret fish cooked in a flavorful coconut-based curry. The curry is made by grinding together a blend of aromatic spices, coconut, and tamarind, which gives it a tangy and slightly sweet taste. The fish is then simmered in this rich and creamy curry until it is tender and infused with the flavors of the spices. This dish is best served with steamed rice or crusty bread.
