Recipe of cocoanut laddoo is well known maharastrian's recipe years back my mother started adding makhane in these laddoos to make it more healthy and nutritious as makhane(lotus seeds popcorn) are good source of proteins, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, iron and zinc. It is low in calories and high in fiber.
