Ingredients for Gluten free almond flour jaggery cake Recipe

  • 2.50 Cup Almond flour
  • 1 Cup Jaggery
  • 1/2 Cup Melted butter
  • 5 Tsp Baking powder
  • 6 Tbsp Dark chocolate powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chocolate chips
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup Almond milk
  • 3 Pieces Egg

Directions: Gluten Free Almond Flour Jaggery Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pre heat the oven at 180 degree centigrade.
  • STEP 2.Separate egg whites from egg yolk. In a pan beat egg whites till soft peaks are formed. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan add egg yolks with melted butter and baking soda. Beat till soft pale mixture is obtained. Add in vanilla essence.
  • STEP 4.Mix all the dry ingredients together.Slowly incorporate in the egg yolk mixture Add in milk to establish smooth dough consistency.
  • STEP 5.Fold in egg whites. Pour the batter in a well greased baking tin.
  • STEP 6.Bake for 45 minutes or till the cake firms up. Check by inserting a needle in the center and cake is ready if it comes out clean.
