  • 0.13 teaspoon kosher salt and pepper
  • 1/4 zest of lime
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 0.13 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 juice of limes
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey
  • As required kosher salt
  • 1/4 bunch kale chopped
  • 3/4 oranges or grapefruits I used grapefruit, blood and cara cara oranges
  • 1/4 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • As required fresh cilantro microgreens, and or basil, for topping
