Ingredients for Ginger Scallion Soup Recipe

  • 1 No.s whole ginger
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 1 No.s Shallot
  • 1 No.s garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Ginger Scallion Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mince the ginger or finely chop. We will use the white parts of spring onions only.  chop them finely
  • STEP 2.Mince the garlic or chop.  dice the shallot finely.
  • STEP 3.Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add ¼ tsp ginger spice powder, add 1 tsp salt, ¾ tsp oyster sauce. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Heat 2 tbsp of oil. Now pour the very hot oil over the bowl mixture.
  • STEP 5.Scallion oil sauce is now ready to use.
