STEP 1.1..Soak the poha, almonds and cashews in 1 cup of milk (soak the almonds and peel them first) after about 15 minutes
STEP 2.make a paste of it
STEP 3.2.. Now heat ghee in a deep and thick bottomed pan or kadai, put bottle gourd in it and fry it lightly on medium flame.
STEP 4.3..Now add milk to it and cook till the gourd becomes soft, keep the flame low and keep stirring it with a spoon.
STEP 5.4. Now add cardamom powder, chironji, some dry fruits and poha paste and boil it after 4-5 boils, mix milkmaid / mawa in it and keep stirring with a spoon.
STEP 6.5..Now put rose water and rose petals in it and turn off the flame, don't make it too thick, garnish with dry fruits and serve chilled.
STEP 7.Note - Milkmaid is sweet so you can add sugar if you want if you are using mawa then also add sugar as per taste
