STEP 1.1. Take a whole chicken, no skin and boil it with some ginger and shallot.
STEP 2.2. Remove the foam and check for steam.
STEP 3.3. Take 2 cups of rice and soak in water.
STEP 4.4. Wash all the spices in plain water.
STEP 5.5. Once the chicken is done transfer it to a plate. Use the same water to boil the soaked rice.
STEP 6.6. Chop all the spices.
STEP 7.7. Remove all the flesh from the whole chicken in a plate. (shredded)
STEP 8.8. Add a bowl of the shredded chicken to the boiling rice, add parsley, salt, fresh cumin, tsaoko powder and white pepper. Mix well.
STEP 9.9. In the rest of the shredded chicken, add ginger chopped, garlic, chopped xiaomilo, parsley, lemon leaves, salt, light soy sauce, lemon juice and mix well.
STEP 10.10. Transfer on plate. And combine serve the rice and the chicken.
