Ingredients for Ghiya sabzi Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Bottle gourd /Dudhi (chopped)
  • 0.33 nos Onion(chopped)
  • 0-0.33 nos Curry leaves
  • 0-0.33 nos Garlic Cloves
  • 0.67 tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 tsp mustard seeds
  • 0.33 tsp Jeera
  • 0.33 nos Pinch hing
  • 0.08 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp garam masala
  • 0.67 tsp Roasted peanut powder
  • As required To taste salt
  • As required Water
  • As required Coriander (chopped)

Directions: Ghiya Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, jeera, hing, curry leaves and crushed garlic. Add chopped onion and saute well.
  • STEP 2.Add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt as per taste. Add chopped bottle gourd. Mix well. Add roasted peanut powder.
  • STEP 3.Add water and cover lid on pan. Cook bottle gourd until it becomes smooth.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati /roti/bhakari.
