STEP 1.Now take a pan and boil some water and add some sugar in it, let it boil and then add some saffron strings. Prepare the chashini and let it cool.
STEP 2.Take a cup of ghee and curd, grind them together, after one mix add some all purpose flour in the grinder and blend again using some water. After the second mix add some gram flour and mix again transfer the prepared mixture into a squeeze bottle.
STEP 1.Take boiler utensil, deep in shape. Add about 3 cups of desi ghee and heat it.
STEP 1.Now when the ghee boils add the mixture in it from the squeeze bottle.
STEP 1.The ghevar is ready, pour some chashini on it and strain the leftover
STEP 1.Serve it with some pistachios and almonds.
