Ingredients for Geomeunkong Recipe

  • 1.50 cup dried black beans
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • As required A few sesame seeds

Directions: Geomeunkong Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Boil the beans for 20 minutes on high until the water reduces to half.

step 2

  • STEP 1. After the beans are cooked add half cup of soy sauce, corn syrup and sugar.  cook for 25 minutes more.

step 3

  • STEP 1.After 25 minutes sprinkle sesame seeds over them. Cook for 5 more minutes. And serve.
