  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated chicken along with the marinade. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
