  • 1 cup Soya Chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and trim the ends of the cluster beans. Cut them into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Boil water in a pan and add the soya chunks. Cook for 5 minutes and then drain the water.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 5.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add the cluster beans and soya chunks. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes until the beans are tender.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
