Popular and unique cuisine of Rajasthan prepared from gram flour and spices dough. Boiled gatta is cooked with onion, garlic, tomato, curd and seasoning ingredients.
STEP 1.Take a cup of gramflour and strain it thoroughly.
STEP 2.Add salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, ajwain seeds, asafoetida, mix well and keep adding some ghee for essence to prepare gatta
STEP 3.And some warm water at intervals and prepare a dough.
STEP 4.Take portions of this dough and make gatta

STEP 1.Take a pan, heat it up and pour some water . Add the gattas and boil the gatta for2 mins.
STEP 5.Keep stirring the gatta
STEP 6.S wait for it to boil. Cook for another 10 minutes.
STEP 7.Strain the gatta
STEP 8.S and cut into pieces.
STEP 9.Preparation of masala-
STEP 10.Take a cup of curd, add some turmeric powder, red chilli powded, coriander seeds, salt and mix nicely.
STEP 11.Take a pan, add some ghee, asafoetida, cumin seeds, garlics, green chillies, ginger paste and chopped onions roast all the ingredients for a few minutes.
STEP 12.Add the curd mixture in the pan and keep stirring. Cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
STEP 13.Now when the gravy is boiling, add the prepared gatta
STEP 14.S in and cook for 3 minutes more on low flame. Wait for boil.
STEP 15.Garnish the sabzi with some garam masala and coriander leaves.
