All of us love having dhoklas for breakfast or with our evening tea, but on busy days we wish there was a faster alternative. Lay your worries to rest with these easy-to-make garlicky methi dhoklis, which are named so because they are thinner than the regular dhoklas. Although it takes around 15 minutes to cook, this dish simply involves assembling the ingredients and cooking them, so it is no fuss after all. The garlicky methi dhokli, with the rich flavour of fenugreek leaves and garlic, also gives us enough iron and heart-friendly nutrients. Make sure you serve it immediately.
