  • 1 cup Besan flour
  • 1.50 tbsp Garlic paste
  • As Required Oil for frying
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • as required water

Directions: Garlic Namkin Fried Shev Recipe

  • STEP 1.1 In a bowl add besan flour
  • STEP 2.2. Add salt and garlic paste and Red chili powder mix well
  • STEP 3.3. Add water as required to make thick batter
  • STEP 4.4 In a hot pan or kadai put oil for frying as required
  • STEP 5.5. With the help of chakli or murrukku maker , small holls plate
  • STEP 6.Put batter into the maker .
  • STEP 7.6. And fry shev on medium hot oil.
  • STEP 8.7 and serve and enjoy.
