Ingredients for Garlic Mushrooms Sauce Recipe

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 No.s garlic cloves
  • 1 No.s Shallot
  • As required Swiss brown mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon white wine
  • 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 cup Fat cream

Directions: Garlic Mushrooms Sauce Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Start with chopping onions and garlic. Clean and chop mushrooms.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2. Transfer in a bowl and in a saucepan add butter, olive oil and add garlic, onions, mushrooms, salt, white wine and garnish with parsley. At the end add cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
