This is a traditional Assamese garlic chutney which is a spicy condiment recipe used in India for several flavoruings. Most popular foods that use this condiment are momos, spring rolls and noodles.
STEP 1.Dry roast the chilli garlic on medium flame for 2-3 minutes to get the smoky flavour.
