Ingredients for Garlic Cheese Roti Bites Recipe

  • 1 Tsp Chapati
  • 2.50 Pieces Garlic pods
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • As Required 1 cup mozerella cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp tbsp pasta seasonin
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Garlic Cheese Roti Bites Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Chop garlic finely.
  • STEP 2.2.In a bowl mix melted butter, chopped garlic, salt, pepper powder,chill flakes and pasta seasoning.
  • STEP 3.3. Take roti. Cut with the pizza cutter into 8 slices
  • STEP 4.4. Place the seasoning mixture on every roti piece. Add cheese on the top. Sprinkle some pasta seasoning over it.
  • STEP 5.5. Heat a tawa. Smear it with some butter. Now place the roti pieces and cook covered on simmer. Once the cheese melts the garlic cheese roti bites are ready to be served.
  • STEP 6.6.Alternatively you can even bake the rotis on 180 degrees for 4- 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.7. Sweve with your favourite dip or ketchup.,
