Ingredients for Garlic bread Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Maida( All purpose flour)
  • 1/4 tbsp Yeast(Activated)
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1.25 nos Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • As required Chilli flakes (Acc to taste)

Directions: Garlic Bread Recipe

  • STEP 1.Knead a dough of maida by adding Yeast and salt. Keep it covered with cloth for good 2 hours, in a warm environment.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl take melted butter, add grated cloves of garlic, chilli flakes.
  • STEP 3.Give the dough the shape of bread as shown in picture. spread the butter mixture on it.
  • STEP 4.Bake it for 40 mins at 200 degree Celsius. slice and serve hot.
