STEP 1.Soak urad daal 3-4 hours. Drain the water and grind corasly with out adding water . Add onions and chopped green chillies and salt mix well.
STEP 2.Heat oil in a wok for deep frying. Make small balls out of dough and press to circular on cloth and deep fry till golden brown colour.
STEP 3.Serve hot with chicken pulusu as it is served in Andhra or enjoy with a cup of coffee
